White Birch BOMA is the social hub: a custom indoor-outdoor bar opens onto a large private deck, mountain views stretch in every direction, and the full kitchen handles a group breakfast before you head out. Boma Sapling sits further along the property, where a babbling creek runs below a private deck with its own fire pit. The two units are connected by a meadow — close enough to be together, separate enough for genuine privacy. The shared social area has a pavilion, fire tower, Adirondack seating, and a fire pit surrounded by nothing but open sky. With 9 acres, everyone has space to claim.
